Our Children Have Rights

Provider Name:

Greg Hill, Jake Hornstein

OCHR provides education, resources and support services for successful co-parenting strategies and is dedicated to creating a seamless process for parents while establishing child custody. They offer no-cost consultations, no-cost document review and resource centers focused on serving parents who are grappling with issues of custody and visitation.

Greg Hill, Jr., the President and CEO, founded OCHR after his own experience in grappling with custodial rights concerning his son. By protecting his relationship with his son and his right to be a custodial parent, and having to face the court system on his own and educate himself on the entire process with little to no assistance or guidance, he learned invaluable lessons and has dedicated his career to assisting other parents in the same or similar situations. Greg also still maintains a successful career in IT as he wants to continue to provide the services of OCHR for little to no cost.

Jake Hornstein, Co-Founder and COO, brings a wealth of experience and skillsets from the private sector. Jake has been in Corporate Partnerships and Sales for nearly a decade, then turned to public policy and served as Deputy Campaign Manager for FL State House Representative Linda Chaney (District 69). Jake also brings valuable nonprofit experience. Since 2016, Jake has served as a Board Member for After-School All-Stars Tampa Chapter (ASAS). ASAS, one of the largest free school-based after-school program providers in the country, provides free, comprehensive after-school programs that keep children safe and help them succeed in school and life.
