Elise Elsberry is certified by the Florida Supreme Court in Family, Dependency and Circuit Civil Mediation with more than 20 years of experience in conflict resolution. Elsberry Mediation specializes in family law mediation, focusing on helping couples reach an agreement on the division of assets and debts, timesharing and other parenting issues.
Elise’s mediation skills are in high demand due to her common-sense approach, solid communication skills and her ability to make people feel comfortable, making it easier to design reasonable alternatives to difficult problems. When it comes to child support and timesharing, there are guidelines that must be followed, but mediation allows flexibility when appropriate. Our office is currently using ZOOM Video Conferencing for its video platform. Zoom is user friendly and allows joint and private conferences. It is not necessary for the attendee to have a Zoom account. With this process, we can offer face-to-face, securely connected video conferencing for any mediation session. To make it easy for all parties, Virtual Mediation participants can sign finalized agreements remotely through an electronic signature program.
